Due to the high demand for properties & the professional service by The Team @ Abraham Estates, all of our properties do let quickly each year.
Early viewing is essential to avoid disappointment.

To view a selection of the above properties, please call the office to arrange an accompanied viewing. Please note that we are required to give current tenants written 24 hours notice of all impending viewings.

Additionally, please allow time for travelling between the properties, and note due to diary commitments, we can only view up to three properties per appointment.

Once you have chosen the property you wish to let, the confirmation arrangements are as follows:

A non-refundable deposit/agency fee of £75 (Inc VAT) per person is
required. This will secure the property for your group.
An appointment will be arranged for a date (within 7 days of deposit) to
sign the tenancy agreement & details, including:
Provision of the bond of one months rent + £100
Post-dated cheques of half rent for July & August
Provision of two forms of ID (including a photo & signature)
Provision of two references (pervious landlord/agent, employer, course
tutor, etc)
Completion of a direct debit mandate for rent collections due September to
June
